COACHING PROCESS...

In an individual client session, the coach carries out a series of simple tests and assessments on the pelvis, spine, shoulders, knees and feet to diagnose what biomechanical issues are potentially causing problems.

These can include pelvic dysfunction, muscle spasm, adverse nerve tensions, poor mobility, poor flexibility, and muscle imbalance.

Specific, but extremely simple, exercises are prescribed by the coach and worked on with the client to correct any biomechanical issues. Continuation of these exercises will reduce spasm and enhance mobility in the hips, back and shoulders; promoting better muscoskeletal function.

Further progression and development of strength and stability in the core muscles with this better function promotes peak performance, spinal health, better posture and reduces potential injury risks.
